Description

We worked on a complex scheme to refit an existing operating theatre as part of the Trust's ongoing programme of estate improvement.

The theatre is part of a 4 theatre complex and is therefore surrounded by highly sensitive facilities, each presenting their own challenges in terms of coordination of works and disruption.

The project required extensive detailed planning/phasing to coordinate works in common areas to ensure the continuity of service in the remaining theatres and recovery areas.
