This project presented some unique challenges in terms of project delivery as it was completed within an acute mental health hospital.
The project involved the complete refurbishment of an existing ward to provide en-suite bedroom accommodation alongside reconfigured communal spaces.
The project used the NEC3 Option B form of contract, and was completed both on time and under budget.
