Description

In partnership with another well-established surveying firm who provided project management, we were appointed as the Quantity Surveyors for a 3-year Grade 2 listed house renovation project.

The work included a complete structural refurbishment and £1.5m extension of a dilapidated Grade 2 listed private house in the Cotswolds, which had fallen into disrepair and had been vacant for a number of years.

The works were all completed to the highest standard of workmanship with particular emphasis on traditional conservation techniques and materials.
